Enten Appearance Models & Prototypes - Neurable

I built appearance models and functional prototypes for Neurable’s Enten headphones. The headphones feature conductive fabric brainwave sensors that are built into the earcups, which measure the user’s focus levels throughout the work day. The Indiegogo campaign launched in summer of 2021. Designed by Fresco Design.

The models have interchangeable ear cushions with different thicknesses. This allows the headphones to realistically be shown with different levels of ear cushion compression, whether they are being worn by the user or shown on their own.

This is a working unit that was built for user testing. Fresco Design was responsible for integrating the electronic components into the headphones design and making the housings and conductive ear cushions.

3D printed fixtures were made for assembling the conductive ear cushion prototypes.
